We repair, service and calibrate all Macbeth Densitometers. This includes 100 SERIES, 200 SERIES, 500 SERIES, 900 Series, and 1200 Series Densitometers. (we do not service the new generation of densitometers with the branded name " GretagMacbeth" such as the D200II or the D19C).

Procedures and Protocol for requesting service:

1) Call Sam at 1 (888)363-1677 for a Return Authorization Number. Describe any problems encountered with your equipment.

2) Ship your densitometer to Sam Coniglio, 296 Cooper Lane, Hamilton MT 59840 .

3) We will call you with a dollar estimate of work required to restore your densitometer to good working order.

4) If our estimate to is approved then we will repair the unit within 14 days or less. Your repaired  densitometer will be shipped back to you promptly.
